Infertility tried to break us
As many of you know Ryan and I have been struggling with infertility issues for 5 years. We started infertility treatments in 2013 with 3 failed IUIs, 1 IVF that resulted in a miscarriage at 9 weeks in 2014 we completed a FET which did not take at all. Finally in 2015 we completed a 3rd round of IVF which resulted in a pregnancy to two beautiful twin boys. Our dreams were shattered however when I delivered them early at 19 weeks. I have never felt pain and at loss, brokenhearted when we realized our boys were coming early due to my incompetent cervix. It took Ryan and I a long time to deal with the loss of Hunter and Gunnar. During those moments when I thought I would never get through the pain I had this wonderful organization with resources and support groups that helped heal my heart little by little. Ryan and I are blessed to be able to start another round of IVF in August and I'm excited, scared, nervous. Everyday I wonder if I'm making the right decision to try again. My body and heart cant go through another loss. I'm grateful though to have support groups to talk to others that have gone through what I have. It is donations from the community to support the Walk of Hope that these support groups can run.
Your donation will help RESOLVE build a stronger community for people facing infertility. By building a stronger community, together we’ll break through the barriers that prevent millions from building a family. You will help support their programs that increase access to medical care and family building options for all who need them.
RESOLVE Walk of Hope events are a morning event where local businesses support the infertility community, share health and wellness tips, and where we walk together, 1-mile to show support for people with infertility. One Morning. One Mile. One Community.
