Why are teams important to success?

Teams represent companies, organizations, families and support groups and can range from as few as 2 walkers to hundreds! Forming teams is a great way to bring together your support system and have some fun. Families and friends can join together to walk for a common cause and increase community spirit.

Is it difficult to organize a team?

Not at all. Once you have registered as a team captain, RESOLVE will send you an email outlining how to recruit team members. Make sure to add info@resolve.org to your email address book.

What does it mean to be a team captain?

Team Captains are the liaison between team members and RESOLVE’s Walk of Hope. They are responsible for recruiting and motivating other team members to participate and raise funds for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association.

How do I change my personal fundraising goal?

First, you will need to login to your Walk of Hope Participant Center. On the right side of your Walk of Hope Participant Center, enter your new goal and submit the changes to save!

How do I change my team name, team division or team goal?

Only the Team Captain has the ability to change the team name or team division. The Team Captain will need to login to their Walk of Hope Participant Center and click the "My Team Progress" button on the top right. On the Team Progress Page, Team Captains will have the ability to update the team name, division and goal.

How can I see who has donated to me?

Login to your Walk of Hope Center using your Username and Password. Click on "My Progress;" this will allow you to view your donor list and their donation amounts.

How can I see who is on my team?

Login to your Walk of Hope Participant Center using your Username and Password. Click on "Team Progress;" this will allow you to view your team roster and the amounts raised by each team member.

I'm a team captain, how do I update the message to my team?

In your Walk of Hope Participant Center, click the "Update Message to Team" button. This will allow you to make all necessary changes to your team message.
