Participating in RESOLVE’s 2012 Advocacy Day ensures that the voice of the infertility community is heard and that your elected officials understand the needs of those trying to building a family.

• Registration is FREE for past attendees.
• Registration for the First-time Attendee: $10.00 Administration fee

RESOLVE will make every attempt to make your congressional appointments with your two U.S. Senators and your U.S. Representative. However, for anyone who registers after April 17, we cannot guarantee that an appointment will be confirmed. If you register after April 17 and we cannot confirm appointments for you, we still want you to come and drop by your legislator’s offices. We still need you on Advocacy Day!
